Supposed I had a lot of money,perhaps,earned from the lottery,I would do a lot of things which had appeared in my dreams many times.But,first of all,I would like to buy a house or an apartment of my own,only because the price of housing in China nowadays is going higher and higher.And more and more people begin to realize the importance of owning a house or an apartment.Therefore,the housing market is strongly stimulated by the people who are eager to purchase the houses or apartments in big cities,and even some of them have bought the houses by loan from the bank.What I want to say is that ,even you cannot get married with you girl-friend without a house or an apartment of your own. Perhaps,it is a tragedy for most of the young people,especially the college graduates who have nothing at present.That is why I want to buy a house or an apartment with the money.

《A Car or A House》
As one of your first steps to be an independent person,you should decide which one to choose,a car or a house?If I were you,absolutely,I will choose a house to be my first property.
Firstly,for the sake of emotion,a house is no doubt the only place that can best provide you with the feeling of safety.No matter how many years have passed,or how many things have changed,the house is always there,standing still and waiting for your return as it usually does.And no matter how strange you feel with the outside world,you will never feel in that way with your own house,because everything in it is under your own control.
Secondly,for the sake of money,a house will become more valuable.While a car is on the contrary.If you now buy a house,and one day,you want a more comfortable one,you can buy the new one without extra money.just use the money coming from the sale of your present one,which will be much more than the money used to buy it.
With so obvious advantages of a house over a car,you should no longer feel confused to make the right decision.Just go and buy yourselt a house !
