Car and house are dispensable to a person especially a young men who did not get married. If you have a lot of money will you buy a car or a house first is a hot topic discussed in the collage campus.
Personally, I would like to buy a car first. The main reason for my propensity is that I can drive my car to somewhere and make lots of new friends who may be helpful to my career. A car is superior to a house in another way, that is a car is much cheaper so that I have enough money to enjoy my life instead pay off debts everyday.
However, a house has its own merits but it can be achieved conditionally that you have enough money.
As a graduate, I will buy a car first.

You graduated from college, landed a good job, and have been diligently saving money for awhile now.
